About the Journal

The Extended curriculum programme is offered across various faculties; by virtue of that, the Extended Curriculum Review(ECR) encourages academics and researchers to position their research from a multi-disciplinary perspective. In other words, ECR seeks to accommodate all researchers and academics from numerous disciplines across university faculties. The journal welcomes contributions that speak to teaching and learning at institutions of higher learning locally and globally. The journal seeks to publish articles that define, theorise, and reflect on trends and experiences in teaching and learning on the extended curriculum at the tertiary level and other related topics.

Although much is published on Extended Curriculum Studies, a few journals specifically focus on extended curriculum-based research. As a result, academics and students do not have an in-depth understanding of the programme. This journal seeks to mitigate the gap by creating empirical research on teaching and learning in extended programme studies at institutions of higher learning.
